　　1.Participating in elaborating and drafting the working plan and annual scheme concerning the national judicial examination;

　　2. Participating in elaborating and drafting the working rules and regulations concerning the national judicial examination;

　　3. Participating and assisting in drawing up and reviewing syllabus for the national judicial examination;

　　4. Conducting annual examination affairs concerning the national judicial examination according to general assignment of organization and implementation work of the national judicial examination, specifically including:
(1)Assuming the work of annual sign-up,collecting and analyzing the data and information sign-up nationwide;
(2)Directing the setting of national judicial examination borough of different places,collecting the complexion of examination spot and examination room,put forward opinion about the complexion of setting and alteration;
(3) Assuming the construction of problem storeroom of the national judicial examination;
(4)Assuming the grouping , putting together and delivery of examination paper according to the annual proposition scheme;
(5) Assuming the judgment of examination paper, entry of grades, check of mar and statistics and analysis of mark;
(6) Assuming the construction of informatization of the national judicial examination work;
