1.Classroom teaching.

   

  It is still the dominant manner in our legal education. Students receive the important legal knowledge from their teachers in classroom. Besides, there are some other education manners available.

   

2.Case Study

   

  Teachers usually cite some cases in the traditional classroom teaching, in order to absorb the students' attention, increase the lecture's interest, and make the theory to be easily understood. But, the "tag" or "point to point" manner is only an auxiliary illustrative method, not an independent educational manner. Case study starts with a typical case, which demands the students to discuss the case under the guidance of the teacher. It provides a real legal atmosphere in campus for students to make more practices. The objective of Case Study is to cultivate the students to think like a lawyer, who is trained to read the case, hunt the clues, make reasonings, and get conclusions in aspects from judiciary trial and court debate respectively. This kind of education mostly simulates the real fact, which could give the students a lot of opportunities to display their legal ability and make them quickly adapt to the actual legal manipulation.

   

3.Court trail simulation.

   

  By providing a real systematic and general legal training, the trail simulation is a new education mode, which agitates the tedious lecture. Contrast to the traditional education manner, trial simulation has several advantages. First, the students could exchange their roles with the teachers, while the teacher provides some assistant help. Students dominate the trial simulation, who are the representative of the lawyers, judges, procurators and parties. They devote themselves to strive for the best results in different aspects, in which students are positive to practice. The teachers are relatively subordinate, who provide the legal materials, and give proper instruction and evaluation. Secondly, trail simulation provides a systematic and panoramic training. A case could be used for a long time. Students start their work by analyzing the case material, and integrate those materials into the concrete, legal facts, and discriminate the relationship and scout out the legal basis, and write the legal opinions and papers, and finally attend to the court trail or make the advocacy. The students would fully understand the whole procedure of the case manipulation, by their active participation. This kind of education broke the barriers in different legal agencies, which made the students to study intensively in different legal entity and laws.

   

4.Legal clinical program.

   

  In 2000, seven state key universities (Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, East China University of Politics and Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Wuhan University) introduced the US-original legal clinical program into their legal education practice. From then on, more and more universities introduced this kind of education. Legal clinical programs provide students direct experience in the practice of lawyer in helping people, and the indelible sensation of been a lawyer and the law itself. The students could greatly improve his moral level and make own judgments of the judiciary system under the teacher's auxiliary help. Legal clinical program does not require the teacher to transfer all the knowledge to the students in particular areas. However, the classroom was assumed to be a legal clinic, in which there were all kinds of legal issues. The teacher's objective is to guide and train the students to make correct diagnose to those issues, and give the proper resolution, therefore, to cultivate the experienced legal talents.

   

5.Internet legal education

   

  Internet legal education is a kind of long distance education manner. The knowledge has been edited, manufactured, transferred and managed via the computer network, which integrated the multimedia, database and network technology. It is an important legal education application via Internet. The Internet legal education could be openly achieved at anytime and from any place, which is called as the "University without Walls". Our country is now boosting up the implementation of the Internet legal education system, which bears wide shared recourses, open students, new education mode, diverse textbooks, and cheap tuitions. Strict measures should be formulated to keep the steady development of Internet legal education system, according to the university experiment unit, administration mode, and education quality evaluation systems.
