Introduction

　　Since the Ministry of Justice reconstructed, the legal publicity education became an important function of it, as a foundational work of Chinese legal publicity construction, through the whole society joint effort, obtained the substantial development in the whole country.

· I. the legal publicity work of the justice administration organs reconstruction initial stage (1979-1984)

· II. the first five-year legal publicity education work (1986-1990)

· III. The second five-year legal popularization education work

· IV. the third five-year legal publicity education work(1996-2000)
